Become an Apprentice Event Manager at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel !

Reporting to the Sales Manager and as part of a 14-person team, your main role will be to act as the client's sole point of contact throughout the event, ensuring client relations, commercial follow-up, financial management, and coordination between various departments!

Your responsibilities:

Client Relations:

• Maintain client contact throughout the event, from preparation to on-site presence on the event day(s) (We can accommodate up to 500 people).
• Ensure the smooth delivery of services sold
• Provide daily client support: conduct a flash briefing with the client during the event and a final debriefing with a satisfaction questionnaire.

Sales:

• Develop additional sales: advise on and sell appropriate services (catering, audiovisual, etc.).
• Draft contract amendments and update internal documents.
• Ensure commercial co-responsibility for the projects assigned to you.

Financial Management:

• Track client deposits
• Ensure budget adherence and margin optimization.
• Manage invoicing and verification (daily for all events).
• Organize pre-billing for client approval.
• Monitor any accounting disputes in collaboration with our accounting team.

Internal Coordination:

• Establish, distribute, and facilitate discussion of the role description in meetings.
• Ensure specific needs are flagged and services are well-coordinated.
• Gain a good understanding of all departments (Sales, F&B, Accommodation…)
