Apprentice Guest Relations (M/F)

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Ensure a charismatic presence in the hotel's guest areas (lobby, bar, restaurant, patio).
• Provide a personalized and attentive welcome to guests.
• Offer our guests a tailor-made, emotion-generating service to make their stay unforgettable, from arrival to departure.
• Build a connection with guests and meet their expressed and unexpressed needs, to foster loyalty.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel's services, inform guests, and encourage them to use them.
• Anticipate and address any potential dissatisfactions to quickly provide a solution.
• Collaborate with reservations and reception to prepare for arrivals, identifying guests to retain, VIPs, and any special requests.
• Daily inspection of VIP rooms and service setups.
• Monitor daily customer feedback and report it to Management.
• Greet hotel guests at breakfast when necessary.
• Provide support to the reception and restaurant teams during busy periods.

• Student in business, hospitality, tourism, or equivalent program
• Impeccable presentation
• Good command of French and English
• Proficiency in a third language would be a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian)
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proactive approach
