It is not a disadvantage. All applications are studied in depth by the admission team on the basis of multiple factors (grades, evaluations, extra-curricular activities and the motivations presented during the admission interview).
IFH Bachelor programs are open to all high school students, regardless of the field (general, technological, professional), and regardless of the specialisations/options chosen in Premier/Terminale.
Yes, IFH has a vast network of partners in France and abroad that it makes available to its students. IFH also has exclusive work/internship offers, reserved for the school's students.
Of course! IFH pays particular attention to the professional opportunities of its students. They benefit from personalized support in three stages: orientation, coaching, and networking with partner companies.
The selection is carried out in two phases:
i. Eligibility phase: study of the file (newsletters and CV)
ii. Admission phase (for candidates declared eligible): written test (writing and logical skills) and oral test (motivation, quality of the professional project, oral fluency).
The admissions team focuses on two areas of assessment: the quality of the professional project and the motivation of the candidate.
The IFH process is done on a “rolling” basis: once the file is submitted, it will be examined by the admission team within 3 weeks. In case of eligibility, slots for the admission exams are offered. After these, the candidate receives an admission response within 2 to 3 weeks.
IFH courses give access to all professions in the hotel and catering industry (hotel manager, restaurant manager, etc.) but also to luxury professions (event, marketing or sales manager in major fashion/wine/spirits houses) and to business jobs in the broad sense (financial analyst, entrepreneur, etc.)
Rates vary according to the courses. For more information please download our brochure.
