Job description
MISSION
The procurement apprentice ensures that the daily activities of the Oetker Collection procurement department run smoothly, in support of the Collection and with specific responsibilities to coordinate and implement procurement tasks.
Main responsibilities:
- Daily management of contracts from our preferred and recommended suppliers.
- Various purchase analyses (reports, audits, KPIs, etc.).
- Participate in the analysis of data on overall supplier expenses.
- Automate dashboards accordingly via Power BI or Excel.
- Be responsible for communication tools and prepare content for our online platforms.
- Contribute to our meetings, presentations and events.
- Ensure that procurement processes comply with sustainability standards.
- Support operations and negotiations.
PROFILE
Key skills and competencies:
- Organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Creative and presentation skills; experience with Canva and PowerPoint
- TOSA & MOS certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
