- Participate in the recruitment process for CDI/CDD/interim positions in headquarters functions:
- Understanding the need, participating in the brief with the hiring manager
- Administrative follow-up of recruitments (personnel requests, management and updating of tools...)
- Publication of our job offers on the various platforms,
- Identification and pre-selection of candidates and independent reference taking,
- Writing pre-qualification reports, references, and interviews.
- Monitoring innovative sourcing practices (social networks, recruitment agencies, corporate sites),
- Support for the HR team throughout the recruitment process until final decision making,
- Support for interim recruitments with follow-up of firms and managers, coordination of recruitment stages, and administrative monitoring of current contracts.
- Monitoring of the reporting of KPIs in order to ensure a clear and up-to-date vision of current and future recruitments.
- Participation in cross-cutting projects related to recruitment (integration seminar, employer brand, DEI...)
