The main missions:
Ensure optimal quality of service in compliance with HACCP standards and Paris Society quality standards
- Ensure all the preparations inherent to your station in accordance with the instructions in the recipes concerning the methodology, schedule and characteristics of the presentations and anticipate the preparations necessary for the next service
- Respect and ensure the strict application of hygiene procedures and ensure compliance with the process of cleaning equipment and equipment at your station
- Respect and ensure the proper functioning of your station by respecting the standards of Paris Society
Assist the other members of the brigade in preparing the ingredients needed for cooking.
- Report technical or human difficulties to your chef de partie, sous chef or chef de cuisine
- Participate in service-related meetings and be able to communicate with various hierarchical levels
- Participate in the reception of goods and ensure their quality and quantity (expiration date checks)
- Ensure all preparations for the service

Know-how:
- Know all the hygiene procedures and HACCP standards in force
- Know and master all the techniques necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the station
- Know the quality standards of the Paris-Society group.
- Know the general organization of the kitchen.
- Know all the ingredients and products involved in any culinary preparation
- Be able to manage the goods relating to your station and/or all the stations
- Know and execute all the recipes and menus related to your station to ensure quality and consistency.
