Missions

  • The main missions of the kitchen clerk are:
  • Set up the kitchen
  • Preparing foodstuffs for culinary production
  • Respect the order of the preparations
  • Participate in the organization of deliveries
  • Assist with the preparation of staff meals
  • Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen areas and pantries
  • Clean and store equipment, cold rooms, workspaces, rooms
  • Know and respect HACCP procedures, check temperature readings

Profile wanted

  • You have previous experience in the luxury sector.
  • You have a degree in Cuisine, Hotels, Restaurants.
  • You are organized and attentive, have a sense of detail and discretion, join us!
