Role and missions:
- Greet the Customer Upon Arrival with Thoughtfulness and Attention
- Accompany customers in their rooms for the hotel and the chalet
- Contribute, through a warm and personalized relationship, to customer loyalty
- Manage any objections and/or remarks from the customer; ensure that a response is provided as soon as possible
- Ensure operations related to the reception and departure of the customer in accordance with internal procedures (check in - check out)
- Inform the customer about the conditions of stay, formalities and services offered by the hotel
- Manage the reception
- Manage phone calls and bookings
- Complete the reservation schedule and respect the type of room
- Guarantee the correct application of the hotel's pricing policy (value of rates, opening and closing of rates)
- Transmit the necessary information to the other departments (floors, technical...) and to the other members of the department
- Respect billing and collection procedures
- Manage the cash fund that is trusted to him
- Clean the Reception, Counter and Tidy Up
