Within the Cellar area and attached to the Department Manager, you welcome and inform customers while ensuring the restocking and quality of products in order to develop the department's turnover.
Your main missions:
Welcome the customer, research their needs, offer them a wide variety of wines and spirits. Advise the customer, support him in his choices, argue, proceed with the sale, make additional sales and build customer loyalty. Proceed to cash out.
Ensure the attractiveness and good maintenance of the department by participating in the installation, restocking, cleaning and promotion of products
