Your mission within the Lancôme Make-Up teams : collect from the various services, all the related information To the product for which an artwork creation is requested (launch date, ingredient list, decorable area, made in, capacity, logistics codes,...).
This includes:
- Ensure the translation of the sub-definitions produced by contacting the countries concerned directly. Scope: INTER/US/ASIA.
- Conduct briefs with the creative agency on new projects by establishing a summary of all the elements collected. Ensure the follow-up of the creation of each project.
- Follow-up of EXE/BAG packaging documents on the lips/eyes/complexion axes (proofreading, correction and validation)
- Coordinate the follow-up of several artwork creations following the new regulations (BREXIT/ASIA compliance, new sorting instructions, complete restoration of the makeup catalog following a redesign of the graphic charter).
- Respond to requests from countries on the various requests for artworks.
- Follow the administrative deadlines for product development, table delivery of documents, follow-up of packaging documents
