Mission description

The Barrière Lille Resort is looking for a Cooking Apprentice

Under the responsibility of our Chefs de Cuisine, you will integrate a brigade of 40 people within our Resort, a 5* hotel including a Spa, a Casino, two restaurants (gastronomic and brasserie), three bars, a seminar area, a theater and with a staff of 280 employees.

You will be under the responsibility of the Apprenticeship Master in charge of helping to set up and prepare the dishes.


Missions

  • Support the party leader in the delivery of the service and participate in team cohesion
  • Ensure the installation, cleaning and preparation of equipment
  • Provide service according to instructions and guidelines (cooking, preparation, decoration, etc.)
  • Respect and enforce the health and safety rules set by the Chef and the Management in accordance with HACCP principles
  • Ensure that your workstation is clean.

Apprenticeship contract - 39 hours/week
Monthly salary according to higher than legal diploma - Apprentice status
Rotating and variable schedules
