Apprentice Host/Hostess

Under the responsibility of our Slot Machines Director, you will join a young and dynamic team of 40 people in our Resort, a 5* hotel including a Spa, a Casino with 308 slot machines, two restaurants (gastronomic and brasserie), three bars, three bars, a seminar area, a theater and with a staff of 280 employees.

You will be responsible for ensuring a warm and professional welcome for visitors and customers, orienting them and answering telephone calls.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS DAY AND NIGHT WILL BE...

• Physical and telephone reception, customer changing rooms and show ticketing.
• Develop and maintain a sense of service and customer relationships by welcoming, informing and directing the customer to the various points of sale (casino, bars, restaurants, theater)
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment made available to you.

Apprenticeship contract - 35h/week

Monthly salary according to higher than legal diploma - Apprentice status

Rotating and variable schedules

Work weekends and holidays - Establishment open 365 days/year
