Missions

  • Our apprentice guest experience coordinators are in contact with all of the hotel's operational teams during their working days. Their primary mission is to take over in the management of the reservation as soon as the customer's stay is confirmed. They are in a way guarantors of the reservation until the customer physically arrives at the hotel.
  • They are in contact with the end customer or the travel agent by email or telephone before arrival in order to best prepare for the stay. They make every effort to offer the most personalized welcome.
  • Some of our hosts may have special requests or they may have chosen us for a special occasion. It is up to our apprentices to meet most of these requests.
  • Personality, Passion, Respect, Collaboration and Creativity are the values that guide each of us on a daily basis. The ambition of our apprentices must be to take action in order to contribute to writing our history.
  • Communication is the key to the proper functioning of our services. Our apprentices must communicate with other departments and all hotel teams in order to ensure the same level of service.

Profile

  • In a constantly changing world, we need to remain constant and provide tailor-made answers, which requires all members of our team to be flexible and adaptable.
  • The main language of the hotel is French but our interns must be comfortable communicating in English with our international clientele.
