International Franchise Assistant

Missions

In order to support the international development of Angelina brands, we are currently looking for an apprentice as an International Franchise Assistant m/f as of September 2025. You will be given various missions:

Franchise monitoring and support:

• Participation in franchisee follow-up meetings (operations, business, business, marketing, HR) and writing reports in English.
• Participation in competitive intelligence in countries where Angelina is present.
• Formatting of recipe technical sheets in support of chefs and translation into English.
• Participation in ad hoc projects (training of franchisees in France, follow-up, menu launch, opening project, formalization of new procedures, etc.)

Marketing:

• Participation in the brainstorms of new pastry collections and menus.
• Update of marketing news “calendar operations” on the extranet dedicated to Angelina franchisees.
• Monitoring of franchisees' social networks and development of quarterly social media reports (compliance with the charter, digital best practices, responses to customer comments, referencing: The Fork, Google).

Finances:

• Analysis of monthly franchisee sales by product, site, month, revenue center (store/tea room).
• Monitoring of monthly franchisees' turnover and royalty billing.

Profile

‍

Interested in gastronomy, pastry and the world of luxury, you are looking for an experience in catering for your Master's degree (1.2). You demonstrate a great capacity for analysis and synthesis, rigor and organization.

A good level of English is required (written and spoken), as well as a mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...). Field knowledge of the restaurant sector is also required.

You want to join a young and dynamic team. Gluttony would be a plus!
