Internship - Executive Assistant (M/F)

Missions

Under the authority of the School Management, you will be in charge of the following missions:

• Participate in the preparation of the 2025-2026 winter season
• Participate in the organization of management travel and meetings
• Manage management expense reports
• Follow contracts with external service providers
• Ensure internal and external communication between Management and Department Managers
• Prepare meeting minutes and various presentations
• Update procedures for the 2025-2026 winter season
• Carry out various tasks and missions in connection with the activities of the Directorate

‍The Executive Assistant will also be a real support to the various administrative and operational departments before and during the season:‍Human resources:

• Participate in welcoming employees: Inventory, signing of administrative documents, hotel visit, etc.
• Participate in recruitment,
• Assist in the management of the HR telephone switchboard and in the processing of emails

Catering:

• Help take care of the Restaurant's telephone switchboard
• Manage customer billing and cashing during Gala evenings
• Participate in the reception and placement of customers

Booking:

• Help in the preparation of proposals and confirmations of stays,
• Track and record the payment of deposits
• Participate in the follow-up of events

‍Profile:

‍

‍You are following a Master (Bac + 4/Bac + 5) in Hotel-Catering or Business School.

You have a great presentation and a good relationship.

You have one or more experiences in operational services in Hotel-Catering.

You are proficient in computer tools.

You know how to adapt quickly and are versatile.

Passionate about the hotel and catering industry, you are reactive, rigorous and methodical in carrying out the tasks entrusted to you.

You have a sense of organization, discretion and confidentiality.

You have the ability to adapt to a seasonal rhythm.
