At the LVMH Hotel Management headquarters, the Operations Department is the guarantor of the Customer Experience through our collection of houses, thanks to a system of brand references (standards, procedures), daily support and the orchestration of quality measurement.
The Operations Department also promotes innovation initiatives in our services and services in order to ensure its leadership position in each of the houses. On the other hand, it ensures that the work tools made available to teams (software, hardware, knowledge) allow them to optimize efficiency in terms of productivity, precision and personalization.
For this, daily work with the Training, Marketing and IT teams is essential in order to align priorities and resources.
You will assist the Operational Quality Director and the Quality Manager
Missions
- Set up and adapt management tools for opening houses
- Support the Department Directors and General Managers of our Houses in the creation of processes, tools and associated analyses
- Create “guest facing” documents related to the customer journey (customer correspondence, landfills, nature guides, business portfolios, room directory, etc.)
- Participate in the configuration and reporting of operational tools (Seven Rooms, Concierge Organizer, Opera, Knowcross, etc.)
- Take part in various projects related to the customer experience (sourcing of Operating Supplies & Equipment, renovation projects, innovations in the customer journey, etc.)
- Perform the monitoring, analysis and periodic reporting of quality KPIs (analysis of mystery visit reports by external audit Leading Quality Assurance, NPS, Guest Satisfaction, etc.)
- Ensure the monitoring and improvement of the customer experience portfolio
- To be the punctual support for customer feedback responses (e-reputation and surveys)
Profile
Master 2 student specializing in hotel school or university equivalent
- Excellent command of English (C1 level expected) and French
- Mastery of the Office pack, in particular Excel (dynamic pivot tables)
- Prior experience in Accommodation departments (Front Office, Guest Relations) highly appreciated.
- Rigor, analytical mind, editorial ease, autonomy and strength of proposal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Team spirit and passionate character desired
