Missions

• Our Room-Service Interns assist Room Service managers during their working days. This means that they must, among other things, organize and prepare orders for room service and manage the control of the minibar.
• They also ensure a quality standard and set up reception services.
• Depending on the activity, our interns may have the opportunity to discover the hotel's various catering outlets.
• Some of our hosts may have special requests or they may have chosen us for a special occasion.
• It is up to our Room-Service Interns to respond to most of these requests.
• Personality, Passion, Respect, Collaboration and Creativity are the values that guide each of us on a daily basis. The ambition of our Room-Service Interns must be to act in order to contribute to writing our history.
• Communication is the key to the proper functioning of our services.
• Our Room-Service Interns must communicate with other departments and all hotel teams in order to ensure the same level of service.
