The Barrière Group is recruiting for the upcoming opening of a new 5* Parisian hotel

You will work under the responsibility of the F&B Manager and the management team. You work in a team of 9 people.

In a privileged environment you will bring constant attention to our exceptional guests.

Become an actor in the success of this opening in the heart of Paris!

• Welcome customers and ensure quality service at the bar in order to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Execute the production of consumptions according to the technical data sheets
• Set Up the Bar and Participate in the Entertainment
• Receiving products, monitoring stock status, identifying supply needs and establishing orders
• Create a festive atmosphere by animating the place
• Ensure and control cleaning and storage

Profile

• A good knowledge of the standards and requirements of the luxury sector
• Careful presentation
• A keen sense of customer service, with meticulous attention to detail and quality
• A smiling, dynamic and attentive personality
• An excellent command of English and other languages is a plus
