Spa Receptionist Intern (M/F)

Missions

• Ensure Hosts' reservations by phone, on the internet and at the point of sale,
• Ensure the reception, orientation and installation of Hosts in the areas of the point of sale,
• Advise the Hosts in order to guarantee their complete satisfaction throughout the service and participate in the optimization of the turnover of the point of sale by selling complementary products/treatments,
• Ensure billing in accordance with the procedures established by the hotel,
• Maintain an excellent relationship with the Hosts, with confidentiality and discretion,
• Anticipate the needs of Hosts and respond to their requests in order to guarantee their optimal satisfaction,
• Participate in the optimal update of the Host Cardex,
• Participate in the establishment of work spaces (linen, care products, dishes, pastries, etc.),
• Maintain equipment and participate actively in carrying out cleaning tasks, in particular treatment rooms, according to hotel procedures,
• Promote the various services and products available within the hotel and the Cheval Blanc Houses,
• Respect Health and Safety Rules
• Ensure the proper transmission of all information and instructions relating to Hosts to all teams,
• Inform your hierarchy of any “abnormal” situation concerning the safety or risks of accidents of customers or colleagues.

Profile

Degree/Knowledge required:

• Aesthetic training
• Good Mastery of the Computer Tool
